Shop Foreman / General Foreman

Immediate requirement for an experienced Shop Foreman. Must have a minimum of (5) to (10) years experience in the steel industry. Skills required include but are not limited to: Strong organizational and supervisional skills, a vast knowledge in general structural steel and heavy platework and excellent skill in reading both miscellaneous and structural steel shop drawings.

Quality Manager

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years Experience as a Quality Manager
Certified Level II inspector
Minimum CSA 178
Experience with Welding Engineering Principles
Experience with Welding Procedure Development
Strong Background NDT principals and methods
Excellent Management experience including the coordination of in house inspectors
Experience communicating with clients, reviewing contract specifications and outlying quality requirements
Experience in Bridge, Structural and Pressure Vessel Fabrication
Experience in recognized quality management systems such as ISO 9000:2008 / AISC / CISC/ ASME / CSA W47.1

Local Driver (Class 5)

Job Requirements:

• 40-55 hours per week
• Start time around 6:00-7:00am End time around 4:00 -5:00pm
• Driving ½ Ton- ¾ ton truck
• No labour. Must be willing to drive only
• Local Dartmouth/Halifax area
• Must report to a site location in Sackville to start and end each day
