Shop Foreman / General Foreman

Immediate requirement for an experienced Shop Foreman. Must have a minimum of (5) to (10) years experience in the steel industry. Skills required include but are not limited to: Strong organizational and supervisional skills, a vast knowledge in general structural steel and heavy platework and excellent skill in reading both miscellaneous and structural steel shop drawings.
Quality Manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Experience as a Quality Manager
- Certified Level II inspector
- Minimum CSA 178
- Experience with Welding Engineering Principles
- Experience with Welding Procedure Development
- Strong Background NDT principals and methods
- Excellent Management experience including the coordination of in house inspectors
- Experience communicating with clients, reviewing contract specifications and outlying quality requirements
- Experience in Bridge, Structural and Pressure Vessel Fabrication
- Experience in recognized quality management systems such as ISO 9000:2008 / AISC / CISC/ ASME / CSA W47.1
Local Driver (Class 5)
Job Requirements:
• 40-55 hours per week
• Start time around 6:00-7:00am End time around 4:00 -5:00pm
• Driving ½ Ton- ¾ ton truck
• No labour. Must be willing to drive only
• Local Dartmouth/Halifax area
• Must report to a site location in Sackville to start and end each day
